ifs therapy
Internal Family Systems is a gentle approach to self-exploration that allows you to connect more deeply with your inner world. I am an IFS therapist, and sessions are available both online and in person.
I offer individual IFS therapy, a 90-minute introductory session, and a 6-session package.

On rare occasions, therapy may be (partially) covered if you have additional insurance. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.
introduction session
Before you start therapy, you are welcome to schedule an introductory session with me. During this session, I will provide you with detailed information about the therapy sessions, IFS, and other methods I use.
The introductory session is optional. You may also choose to start therapy directly.
45 Minutes - 80 EUR
Individual session
Each session lasts 90 minutes, as I believe this gives us enough space to really dive deep without feeling rushed. During these sessions, I work with IFS (Internal Family Systems) and somatic techniques to to explore your inner parts and how they influence your thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
90 Minutes - 135 EUR
Coaching package
Committing to multiple sessions allows us to create a clear plan for your goals and follow your progress over time.
This package includes six 90-minute sessions, giving us the time to work in a deeper and structured way.
(5% discount compared to single sessions).

Employers may, in some cases, fund a program as part of personal or professional development, for example during a burn-out or periods of stress, or to prevent and/or support recovery after absence.
